The submission of minisymposium proposals, contributed talks and posters is open on Oct 16, 2023. Please see the guidelines below.
Guidelines for Minisymposium Submissions
A minisymposium is composed of one or more sessions (with each sessions 4 speakers) of coordinated presentations on a single topic of interest. Each session in a minisymposium should include four presentation, each including 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. The submission of the proposals should follow the guidelines below:

Each speaker in the minisymposia is strictly limited to one presentation only, including talks in minisymposia and contributed talks.

Prospective organizers should submit a title with no more than 75 characters and a brief description of the minisymposium with no more than 100 words.

A minisymposium should contain at least one session (4 talks). The organizers should also submit information of the speakers and tentative titles.

Submission closes on Jan 31, 2024 (extended).
Guidelines for Contributed Talk Submissions
Contributed talks that do not belong to any minisymposia will be arranged in separate sessions. Each contributed talk includes 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. The submission of contributed talks should follow the guidelines below:

Each speaker is strictly limited to one presentation only, including talks in minisymposia and contributed talks.

Prospective speakers should submit a title with no more than 75 characters and an abstract with no more than 75 words.

Guidelines for Poster Submissions
A poster session allows authors to present their research work by posters. To limit the number of posters, each main author can present at most one poster in the conference. The submission of posters should follow the guidelines below:​

If you gave an oral talk in the conference, you are still allowed to submit one poster to be presented during the poster session.

Prospective presenters should submit a title with no more than 75 characters and an abstract with no more than 75 words.
